The best way to describe myself would be that I take an optimistic approach to life decisions with a realist expectation. As a person who takes pride and joy in all actions, in turn show loyalty and deliver honesty to the people around me. I take great interest in the activities and profession that I am involved.
One of my strengths is that I am very determined to achieve what I set my sights on. As a person who is not swayed by life's obstacles and confrontation of the opposition; I tend to stand my ground. A third quality that highlights my strengths, is that my actions on any given event; i will not cease until my objective is meet.
My proudest achievement was when I gained knowledge of the printing process in detail. In turn, possess the graphic design and its troubleshooting procedures, prepress workflow,a comprehensive knowledge of offset and digital printing, the understanding of finishing and process of shipping. I am now an educated graphic designer and this is just my mile stone.
A great way to establish credibility with the team would be to set your mind to your job description and keep a strict proper workflow. Doing so consistently will raise recognition with the team.
The ideal company for me would have a significant room to grow, that understands the value of the employees, and optimistic in investing into ventures that would inevitably grow the business. An entity that would think outside the box.
Recognizing the stability and strength in the industry is the foundation and is the core from which caught my eye. The mind set of the personnel gave a profile that reflects a positive output in which supports the performance that I would like to merge with.
Regardless of my work performance, the core of my efforts would be the knowledge I gain; that is what I am most proud of.
What I am looking for in career development would be improving my web design, finishing, and networking.
My objective in my career is to be in a managerial position who makes accountable decisions that play a role in the direction of growth for the company.
The way I can describe my work style is that I like to sync multiple tasks within a time frame. This gives me the sense of being more productive.
My ideal working situation would be a planned production meeting prior to the day and enforcing them on the day of. The working situation will be more efficient and less prone to a time lapse.
